What’s different about us?

We create a warm and welcoming space where children can explore the world around them, connect with their community, and discover their own potential. We focus on fostering independence, building strong relationships, and inspiring a love for learning.

Our Mission

Kindred Montessori Academy empowers future generations through a transformative Montessori education that is open to all, fostering responsible citizens and courageous leaders. By prioritizing affordability, collaboration with families and the community, and a commitment to self-directed, holistic learning, we provide an innovative alternative to traditional education, ensuring every child is valued, supported, and prepared for lifelong success.

Our Values Statement

At Kindred Montessori Academy, our values shape the foundation of our learning environment and guide our commitment to students, families, and the community.

Through these values, we are committed to creating an environment where every child is valued, supported, and prepared for a bright future.

  • We cultivate responsible citizens and courageous leaders by fostering independence, self-motivation, and a lifelong love of learning.

  • We believe every child deserves a high-quality education, ensuring affordability and inclusivity so that all families have access to transformative Montessori learning.

  • We recognize the power of strong partnerships between families, educators, and the broader community, working together to support each child’s growth and success.

  • We provide a forward-thinking, research-based educational experience that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and the skills needed to thrive in an ever-changing world.

Our Reverse Tuition Model: Making Montessori Education Accessible for All

At Kindred Montessori Academy, we believe that high-quality education should be accessible to every child, regardless of age or financial situation. Our unique Reverse Tuition Model sets us apart from traditional schools by offering lower tuition for elementary students than for toddlers.

This innovative approach reflects our commitment to breaking down financial barriers and ensuring that families can continue their child’s Montessori journey throughout elementary school. With tuition decreasing as students grow older, we make it possible for families to plan ahead and avoid the financial strain often associated with private education.

By supporting this model, we are able to ensure that every child—whether in the toddler, preschool, or elementary program—receives the same exceptional, holistic Montessori education that builds a strong foundation for lifelong success.

We focus on

Math, Literacy, & Writing skills through a Montessori Lens! Critical thinking & problem solving, Science of Reading philosophy to teach reading skills, & plan engaging activities to support the development of writing skills, both motor development and the thought process for how to write essays and narratives.

Our Toddler Program is designed for children 18 months to 3 years old, providing a safe and nurturing environment where little ones can explore, grow, and thrive. Through hands-on activities and gentle guidance, toddlers develop independence, build confidence, and discover the joy of learning.

Toddlers

Our Early Childhood Program embraces the Montessori philosophy of fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Designed for children ages 3 to 6, this program provides a carefully prepared environment where children are free to explore, choose activities, and learn at their own pace.

With a focus on practical life skills, sensory exploration, and social development, we create a space where toddlers are free to move, explore, and express themselves. Our caring teachers encourage curiosity, foster meaningful connections, and guide each child at their own pace, laying a strong foundation for future learning.

Early Childhood

Through hands-on, purposeful work, children develop key skills in practical life, language, math, and cultural studies. They build focus, confidence, and a sense of responsibility, all while nurturing their natural curiosity. Guided by experienced teachers, each child is supported in becoming a confident, capable, and compassionate learner.

Our Elementary Program is for ages 6 to 12, builds on Montessori principles of curiosity, independence, and respect. At this stage, children are ready to explore big ideas and ask deep questions about the world. We provide a hands-on, interdisciplinary approach that connects subjects like math, science, history, and language into meaningful, real-world learning.

Elementary

Through collaborative work and self-directed projects, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a sense of responsibility. The Montessori philosophy nurtures their natural love of learning while fostering independence, empathy, and a strong connection to their community and environment.
